This is the second Environmental, Social, and Governance Report released to the public by Jinhong Gas Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Jinhong Gas, the Group or we), which comprehensively details the Group's Environmental,Social and Governance practices and performance in 2024 based on the principles of objectivity, standardization,transparency and comprehensiveness.

This is a report covering the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (the "Reporting Period"). For the purpose ofmaking the report more comparable and forward-looking, some of the content appropriately refers back to previous years orhas forward-looking descriptions. This report is issued on an annual basis, consistent with the ?nancial year.
