远达环保是国家电投集团唯一的环保产业平台,能源生态融合发展新兴产业技术总成和专业服务单位,A股上市企业(股票代码600292)。公司是中国工业烟气治理领域、催化剂制造领域的领军企业,扎根重庆、辐射全国,专业从事大气、水污染治理,固(危)废处理处置,矿山及土壤修复等环保业务,新能源、综合智慧能源等能源业务。拥有大气污染防治、水处理、固体废物处理等环保领域多项资质,并拥有电力设计、施工等新能源建设相关资质。同时,连续多年荣获国家及省级重大项目奖项,具有较强的业务承接能力和领先的行业竞争地位。项目覆盖国内31个省、自治区、直辖市,并延伸至境外国家10个,其中“一带一路”沿线8个国家。公司年收入47亿元,资产总额约100亿元。
Yuanda Environmental Protection serves as the sole company in theenvironmental protection industry within the SPIC. It acts as the technicalintegration and professional service provider for emerging industries in theintegrated development of energy and ecology. Moreover, it is an A-sharelisted company (stock code: 600292). The Company stands as a pioneeringcompany in China’s industrial ?ue gas treatment and catalystmanufacturing sectors. Headquartered in Chongqing, it extends itsin?uence nationwide. It specializes in environmental protection services,including atmospheric and water pollution treatment, solid (hazardous)waste treatment and disposal, mine and soil remediation, as well asenergy-related services such as new energy and comprehensive smartenergy. The Company holds many quali?cations in terms of environmentalprotection, such as air pollution prevention, water treatment, and solidwaste treatment. Additionally, it possesses quali?cations related to newenergy construction, such as power design and construction.Simultaneously, the Company has been granted major project awards at thenational and provincial levels for consecutive years. This attests to itsrobust business undertaking capabilities and leading competitive positionwithin the industry. The projects are located all over 31 provinces,autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the centralgovernment, and are also expanded to 10 overseas countries, including 8
countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative”. The Company’s annualrevenue amounts to RMB 4.7 billion, while its total assets approximate RMB
10 billion.
当前,远达环保围绕“双碳”目标下新型电力系统 构建和“美丽中国”建设,牢牢把握国家电投集团“均衡增长战略”,贯彻落实国家电投集团与重庆市“11.28”会谈精神,统筹能源生态融合“两个赛道”发展,有序推动打造国家电投境内水电资产整合平台,在全面融入国家电投集团、服务国家绿色低碳发展中实现新的价值创造。
Currently, around the construction of a new power system and a “beautifulChina” within the framework of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goals, Yuanda Environmental Protection ?rmly adheres to the “balancedgrowth strategy” of SPIC, implements the spirit of the “11.28” meetingbetween SPIC and Chongqing. It is engaged in the development of the “twotracks” of energy-ecology integration and orderly establishes a platform forintegrating domestic hydropower assets of SPIC. Through these efforts, itaims to create new values in fully integrating into SPIC and contributing tothe country’s green and low-carbon development.

2024年是远达环保锚定“双碳”目标、践行绿色发展使命的关键之年。面对全球气候变化挑战与产业变革浪潮,我们始终秉持“绿能、低碳、生态、科技”的发展理念,将ESG理念融入公司发展的每一个脉络,在能源环保与环保能源的融合赛道上阔步前行,以实际行动书写责任担当,为推动经济、社会与环境的和谐共生贡献力量。
2024 is a crucial year for Yuanda Environmental Protection. It is also a yearwhen the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals are set, and themission of green development is ful?lled. In the face of the challengesposed by global climate change and the tide of industrial transformation,we always uphold the development philosophy of “green energy, low carbon,ecology and science and technology”. We seamlessly integrate the ESGconcept into every aspect of the Company’s growth. During the integrationof energy and environmental protection, and environment protection andenergy, we take ?rm strides forward. We assume our responsibilitiesthrough practical actions and contribute to promoting the harmoniousco-existence of the economy, society, and environment.
Focusing on the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals, we surmountcrucial technical bottlenecks by harnessing technological innovation,thereby laying a solid foundation for the industrialization of CCUS. Wesupport the continuous and stable operation of the Coal-?red Gas TurbineCCUS Project in Shanghai Changxing Island. We have successfully reducedcarbon dioxide emissions by over 150,000 t. We have made a successful“zero breakthrough” in the process of hydrogenating carbon dioxide tomethanol. In this process, 1 t methanol can absorb 1.4 t carbon dioxide. Thisaccomplishment creates a new path for the resource-oriented utilization ofcarbon dioxide. We have achieved positive breakthroughs in the technicalaspects of recycling of PV modules and fan blades. Moreover, we havesuccessfully established a leading-edge technology demonstration line. Wehave been deeply engaged in the services such as environmentalprotection of power, and comprehensive management of industrial gas,water, and solid waste. Projects are distributed across all 31 provinces,autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the centralgovernment. These endeavors have injected robust impetus into the effortsof safeguarding the blue skies, clear waters, and unpolluted lands in variouslocalities. We protect the “beautiful China” by using science and technology.
We aim at “creating greater value for customers”. We promptly respond tocustomer needs and conduct continuous optimization and improvement inline with feedback from customers. In 2024, the Company achieved acustomer satisfaction score of 95.3 points. We demonstrate ourresponsibility through quality and integrity. We uphold the principles of“openness, fairness, and justice” as well as “Four Leading”. We seek thefocal points for win-win cooperation and jointly drive the construction of agreen supply chain. We provide employees with diverse training coursesand promotion channels. We foster a positive, united, and amicable workatmosphere through various team building activities and employee careprograms. This enables every employee to contribute to socialdevelopment while ful?lling their own value. We fully perform corporatesocial responsibilities, actively participate in social construction, anddemonstrate the responsibilities of a central enterprise through practicalactions. As a result, we have been honored with the title of “Top TenCompanies with Social Responsibility In?uence in Chongqing”.
Under the leadership of the Party, we continuously improve the corporategovernance structure, and enhance internal control and risk management,thereby ensuring the Company’s operations are carried out in astandardized and transparent manner. In strict accordance with relevantlaws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, we disclose companyinformation timely and accurately, enhance investment value and safeguardthe legitimate rights and interests of shareholders and stakeholders. Wehave been granted relevant awards such as the “Excellent Practice Case ofthe Board of Directors of Listed Companies” and the 2nd “CRHC Cup?ESGGolden Bull Award” Top 20 in Carbon Neutrality. 我们聚焦“双碳”目标,以技术创新为引擎,突破关键技术瓶颈,为CCUS产业化落地奠定基础,支持上海长兴岛燃煤燃机CCUS项目连续稳定运行,累计减排二氧化碳超15万吨。我们成功实现二氧化碳加氢制甲醇工艺“零的突破”,每吨甲醇可消纳1.4吨二氧化碳,为二氧化碳资源化利用开辟新路径。我们在光伏组件回收和风机叶片回收等技术领域取得积极突破,已建成具有领先优势的技术示范线。我们持续深耕电力环保、工业气水固综合治理等业务,项目遍布全国31个省、自治区、直辖市,为各地的蓝天、碧水、净土保卫战注入强劲动力,以科技之力守护“美丽中国”。

The Company fully exerts the Party Committee’s function of “guiding,controlling and ensuring”, adheres to the principle that “upholding theParty’s leadership over state-owned enterprises is a major politicalprinciple and must be upheld consistently, and establishing a moderncorporate system is the direction of state-owned enterprise reform andmust be upheld consistently” and promotes the integration and mutualfacilitation between Party building work and the core business. The Company formulates the Rulesof Procedure for the Shareholders’ Meeting to further clarify the functionsand powers of the shareholders’ meeting, the way of making proposals, andthe voting procedures. 公司按照《公司法》《公司章程》及《董事会议事规则》等的规定和要求选举董事,全体董事按照法律法规以及《上市公司自律监管指引》《董事会议事规则》《独立董事工作制度》等规定开展工作。董事经由股东大会选举产生,每届董事会任期三年。公司董事10人,其中独立董事4人,超过董事会人数的三分之一,有效保障中小股东权利。董事任期届满可以连选连任;独立董事连任时间不得超过6年。公司独立董事候选人由公司董事会提名;除独立董事之外的其他董事候选人由董事会、单独或者合并持有公司有表决权的股份总数3%以上的股东提名,董事候选人名单以提案的方式提请股东大会决议。
The Company elects directors in accordance with the Company Law,Articles of Association and Rules of Procedure for the Board of Directors. Alldirectors work in accordance with laws and regulations, the Self-regulatoryGuidelines for the Companies Listed, Rules of Procedure for the Board ofDirectors, and Work System of Independent Directors.The directors are elected by the shareholders’ meeting for a term of threeyears. The Company has 10 directors, including 4 independent directors,more than one-third of the number of the Board of Directors, effectivelyprotecting the rights of medium and small shareholders. A director may bere-elected upon expiration of his term of oce; the term of re-election ofan independent director shall not exceed 6 years. Candidates forindependent directors of the Company are nominated by the Board ofDirectors; candidates for directors other than independent directors arenominated by the Board of Directors or by shareholders holding more than3% of the total number of voting shares of the Company individually or incombination. The list of candidates for directors is submitted to theshareholders’ meeting for resolution by way of proposal.
